Hi. I’m Jamie.
I’m married to my best friend: a tall, strong, handsome dork, referred to here as Mr. Husband. Our love language is a special brand of continual teasing and harassing; do not be alarmed.
We have two kids: 8-year-old “Calvin,” who pretty much never stops talking (yet, amazingly, has never required hospitalization from a lack of oxygen to his brain), and 3-year-old “Em” — a button-cute, card-carrying Drama Queen.
We love them both and thank the Lord for the blessing they are, despite the amazing amount of noise they generate.
Things I like: Chocolate, Tazo Chai, good books, good conversation, and, like everyone else who has a personal weblog, writing.
Things I don’t like: Cockroaches, the dog smell that seems to be married to our carpet, and getting up early. But mostly cockroaches.
